Everyone Else is a Returnee – Chapter 81: I, too, now – 6

There were some rising hot topics after the big crisis of Japan, after the Dungeon Wave issue was successfully solved.

First were the clans. Due to the appearance of these groups that weren’t part of the armed forces of each country, the various governments clicked their tongues while the media rejoiced.

There were 3 of them that received the most attention, and they were the Lightning God Clan of Korea, Magia of Italy, and Metal Knights of England.
They weren’t necessarily the strongest, but they  were surely the ones who had the most successful debut. The ability users of each country wanted to join clans that had shown the most power, and the other clans got frustrated for nothing.

Now that Earth’s future was heading in an unpredictable direction, the most important thing was strength. Everyone thought, that a day will come where the strongest clans would be at the center of the world.

Secondly, was Vanguard. It was already famous enough, and the advertising that it would sell higher ranked weapons only to the clans that helped in Japan, worked well.

Many had said that the reason the standard items were sold at absurdly low prices was a foreshadow to this, and there were also many enraged people who asked why there was such an unfair condition even though they couldn’t go to Japan because they had to protect their country. Of course, Yu IlHan couldn’t care less.
Numerous media agencies reported about Vanguard, and customers for the standard items increased as a result. The items in Yu IlHan’s Cross Bag were being depleted quite quickly.

Amongst them were claims that they could not afford to let Vanguard stay affiliated to Korea. They claimed that it should instead be managed efficiently under big countries like the US or China.

Those were idiotic claims that made people wonder if those people had ice cream in their head instead of their brains, but this actually acquired quite a lot of sympathy from the people. People were afraid of Vanguard, and wanted to control it. Of course, Yu IlHan ignored them

The third was, of course, Susanoo.

“Wow. I really might become a god at this rate.”
[It was absurd power, so they couldn’t deny Susanoo’s divinity in order to protect their own pride.]

Starting from the SNS, to newspapers, to TVs, and other media, it was overflowing with stories about Susanoo.
The ones at the scene who had witnessed Yu IlHan’s actions personally blabbered that Susanoo really had descended to solve the crisis of Japan, while the newspapers and the news reported similar things.

Of course, many also thought that it was a human with exceptional capabilities. That wasn’t particularly a problem, however, the greedy people were. Mostly, it was the promising clans of Japan and a part of the Japanese government.

They nitpicked about how Susanoo wordlessly took the body of Yamata no Orochi, and claimed that the byproducts should have been fairly distributed, while also whining about how Ama no Murakumo no Tsurugi from the tail of Yamata no Orochi was theirs, and claimed ownership.
It seemed like they left their common sense and shame in the other worlds before returning to Earth.

There were two types of people that weren’t greedy for the Orochi’s body. One party being the people that were curious about Susanoo’s identity, and the other being ones who wanted possession of Susanoo himself regardless of his identity or Orochi or whatever.

The people connected the Dark Knight of LA, Sungdaein Bolt of Korea, and other incidents shrouded in secrecy until now with Susanoo. At the current moment, the group behind the theory of Susanoo being the Dark Knight of LA was the most powerful faction, and the ‘pride of America’ being the strongest was quite popular nowadays.

Each and every one of the countries wanted to know of Susanoo’s identity, and wanted to claim ownership over him. The clans were no different. It was clear that whoever acquires him will become the strongest.

There was only one problem. Susanoo was the strongest regardless of who or where he belonged to, and clans or countries were only hindrances for him.

“So stop reading.”

Erta obediently turned off the internet. Yu IlHan stood up from his seat with a sigh, and looked at his reflection in the mirror, and concluded that the fitting was perfect, although his appearance was not as good.

“Good, let’s allow them to enter.”

Yu IlHan put away everything in the office other than the table and chairs for himself and the guests.
The elevator stopped at the 14th floor, and some people rushed out. Amongst those were the clan masters of the Magia Clan, Lightning God Clan, and the Metal Knights Clan.

One week had passed since Yu IlHan had left the barrier of the Hourglass of Eternity. Today was the day that the sale of the higher ranked Vanguard weapons opened .

“He really is Korean?”
“A young man too.”
“He must be a deputy. Would the real person show up?”

Most of the people seemed to be thinking similar things. There’s no way the owner is here in person, he should be a deputy. Their puffing imagination seemed like it would blow into an empire at this rate.
Yu IlHan laughed and spoke in English.

“Please come in. I don’t want to have to explain multiple times, so I will only start speaking after all 27 of you have entered.”

An overwhelming aura could be felt flowing unconsciously from Yu IlHan, and the clan masters realised that the deputy was not a simple character while they obediently entered. Fortunately, the space was wide so there were enough seats for everyone.

“How are the levels of the equipment and the prices?”
After everyone’s here.”

Yu IlHan repeated his words with a smile when the clan master of the Phoenix Clan of France asked. The Phoenix Clan master vaguely smiled and swore in French in a small voice.

(T/N: The bold bits are said in French, (but written in Korean))

“How rude. Even though you’re just a deputy, you really are bossy.”
“Well, I’m sorry that I’m rude.”

Hearing that, Yu IlHan replied in French and flicked a pen from the table. The pen flew at an absurd speed and broke one of the legs of the chair that the Phoenix Clan master was sitting on.

“What are you doing!”

He wasn’t a clan master for nothing and stood up before the chair fell down, but the important thing wasn’t that. Yu IlHan spoke with a smile.

“I will not trade with you. Please get lost.” (T/N: Yes, ‘get lost’ and not ‘leave’.)
“How are you qualified to decide that!”
“I’m the owner of this place. Won’t you get lost already?”
“I said I’m the owner of this place.”

Yu IlHan said it again. Now, in English, and everyone at that place understood the meaning.

The clan master of the Phoenix clan immediately tried to cause a ruckus, but the other clan masters all stood up and dragged him into the elevator. They were quite wise, befitting of their positions as clan masters of famous clans,

“Now that makes 26 in total.”

Yu IlHan just muttered that, and the other people did not say anything more. There was no one in this place who was adventurous to the point that they wanted to know how many languages Yu IlHan could speak whilst putting the fates of their clans on the line.

Some time passed and all the clan masters gathered. Yu IlHan let loose a light sigh and started speaking.

“I’m Yu IlHan, the president of Vanguard.”
“Are you really the president?”
“Why would I lie?”
“Just where do the weapons sold in Vangaurd come from? How can you provide such good weapons rarely seen even in other worlds, and at such a low price?”
“Industrial secret.”

The clan masters seemed to have a lot of things they wanted to know from Yu IlHan, but he only repeated the words ‘industrial secret’. After a while, the clan leader of the Magic Dragon clan of Japan. Takagaki Asuha, asked this.

“Will Vanguard continue to operate only in Korea?”
“Without any affiliations?”
“That’s very dangerous. Don’t you think that the clans who couldn’t buy weapons would come with hostile intentions?”
“Vanguard is protected by a special magic, so you need not worry.”

She seemed to hesitate a little before speaking while pointing at Yu IlHan.

“However, your face is now exposed. Don’t you worry for your own safety?”
“It’s alright. I wouldn’t have started this without the confidence to protect my neck.”

Yu IlHan’s words made her sigh. Then, she smiled and spoke.

“If your will is as such, then it can’t be helped. If you feel any danger, then please come to the Magic Dragon Clan any time. We from the Magic Dragon Clan will give you our full support and protection.”
“Lightning God Clan has the same intentions.”
“We’re of the same opinion but, it’s unfortunate, if you had agreed to give us a branch store in Germany, then we would have been able to lend you our power.”

When one declared such, the rest all became awkward not to say it. Even Michael Smithson, clan master of Metal Knights also declared their intent of providing protection with a crumpled expression. Yu IlHan had earned the goodwill of many powerful clans just by selling items.

Well, this sort of reaction was to be expected since it would double their fighting power instantly, but how would they react if they had known that the one in front of them was the individual that defeated the Orochi, which, couldn’t be defeated even with all of their combined effort…
At least, Michael Smithson would rampage around. Yu IlHan imagined that scene and laughed a little.

“The following are the items that will be sold to the clans here. First, 10 sets of higher ranked equipments. The word ‘set’ referring to a set of a weapon+armor, or weapon+accessory.”
“Accessory! That means?”

The clan master of the Magia clan, Carina Malatesta, covered her mouth with one of her hands as her eyes flashed. Yu IlHan lightly smiled and nodded.

“The crafter affiliated to Vanguard has a mana crafting level of over 30.”

Yu IlHan could now paint his own face in gold(T/N: i.e. boast) as much as he wanted without being embarrassed. If Na YuNa was here she would have burst out laughing, but it was fortunate that she wasn’t here.

“Oh my, accessories are rare.”
“I also learnt mana crafting. The level really didn’t rise, but how did he raise it to 30… No, well, he should be another worlder.”
“I did imagine that his blacksmithing level would be high after seeing the standard weapons. However, his mana crafting is too?”

It was quite an interesting piece of news. The clan masters talked amongst themselves in exclamation. As their feelings of surprise towards Vanguard increased, their pity for the Phoenix Clan master also increased.

“If that’s the first, is there a second?”
“This is optional. You won’t need it if you are pursuing a small-scale, elite force, but there are also 30 sets of standard equipment.”
“We will buy them.”
“Us too.”

If the clan had many members, then they needed to buy the standard equipment as well. Equipments of Vanguard weren’t easily procured. Not because of the price, but because of the lacking supply.

In the end, other than the Lightning God Clan and the Magic Dragon Clan and a few other clans who were working towards a small scale, elite force, the rest all decided to buy the standard sets. Additionally, Yu IlHan took out a list of the items he had and decided to show them the level of the equipments of higher rank.

“The higher ranked weapons are all unique ranked.”
“26 clans and each 10 sets each… that means 520 unique ranked artifacts?”

Unique ranked artifacts were only owned by one, or perhaps two individuals from the main forces of the clan. Of course, the abilities would differ a lot even within the unique rank, but they were better than rare ranked ones!

The clan masters all tapped their feet in excitement. Thinking that the situation was interesting, Yu IlHan called out a whip on one of his hand, and a necklace in the other.

“These are examples of higher ranked weapons. There will be slight differences, but they are mostly of this level. Please check in order.”
“Well then.”

Takagaki Asuha of the Magic Dragon Clan approached first and grabbed the whip. Yu IlHan knew that she would show interest after seeing the whip rolled around her waist and passed it to her.

[Soul-sticking Spike Leather Whip]
[Rank – Unique]
[Attack Power – 3,200]
[Options –

  1. A fixed probability of causing disorder in the enemy when hitting
  2. 40% increase in critical hit rate]

[Durability – 2,300/2,300]

“Oh my god.”

There was no need to ask what she thought of the whip. She was embracing and even rubbing her cheeks against it.

“I will take this!”
“Okay, but please show it to others first.”
“Oh, right.”

The other clan masters weren’t that much different. The ones that used magic had glisters in their eyes after seeing the accessory which had a magical support option in it, while the ones who fought in close quarters had their expectations heightened after seeing the high attack power of the whip.

Kang MiRae wasn’t so surprised since she had already acquired a legend ranked artifact, but after seeing the accessory Yu IlHan had taken out, she bit her lips while thinking ‘Ah, there was this too!’. Her inner mind was clear for all to see.

“The performance can be seen clearly.”
“If it’s at this level, we need to acquire them no matter what the means.”
“That’s the problem here.”

First, the biggest problem that surfaced after they realized that the performance of the weapons surpassed their expectations, was the price.
The standard equipments were comparatively cheap, but would it remain as such for the higher ranked ones? With a mix of worry and anticipation, they all waited for Yu IlHan’s mouth to open.

26 pairs of eyes were all fixated on Yu IlHan. This was quite an unfamiliar experience for the ‘Pancosmic Loner’ Yu IlHan, but he somehow succeeded in voicing out the price he had in his mind.

“Each of the higher ranked weapons will be sold at a fixed price of 5 million dollars.”
“5 million dollars.”
“Only that?”

Someone said ‘only’. 5 million dollars were approximately 5 billion won. It was enough money to change someone’s fate, but it didn’t matter to the people gathered here.

“They are among the best artifacts even within the unique rank, but they are only 5 million dollars each?”
“Standard weapons are being sold at 100 million Korean won. Please consider this an extension of that.”
“Just who made Vanguard, an envoy of God who’s planning to save the Earth?”

The clan masters all became silent. Yu IlHan just smiled and said this:

“Well, then. You may leave if you do not wish to go through with the trade.”

Of course, no one stood up from their seat.

Author’s notes

  1. He really is selling them at a cheap price, but the money he earned through this transaction is 2.6 billion dollars + alpha.
  2. The arc’s over. In this chapter, I mostly saw that the reactions are split into two parts. ‘Th, the crafting isn’t finishing!’ and ‘Crafting is quite interesting too’. Hm, just what should I do? I’ll just do as my heart goes! Of course, Since Vanguard transaction just ended, there won’t be many scenes of crafting to death and trading for several chapters straight!
  3. Finally, we’re going ‘there’.

Translator’s notes
Guess where ‘there’ is. (Author’s notes #3)
Ahhh shit, I forgot about item info window…

Okay, we will have a mini poll here.
Please select:

  1. ATK/DEF
  2. Attack power / Defense (current translation)

This is about the item status window
like for weapons there is
[Attack power – 9,001] (It’s over nine thousand!)
should I change it into [ATK – 9,001]? please answer in comments! (or the poster can make a poll about it)

  1. Alchyr

I think I like the Attack power and Defense the way they are right now. Since there’s not really a stat system or anything, there are no abbreviations, so the longer versions feel more consistent with the style of everything else.

  2. Candied Skull

I like it as Attack power and Defense.
“Just who made Vanguard, an envoy of God who’s planning to save the Earth?” Kinda, huh. More like someone who was forgotten and inconveniently left behind and is now conveniently stronger than any other known person on Earth.

  3. Avagantimos

Thank you for the chapters! I like how it is right now with Attack and Defense. Maybe if there was an emphasis on raw stats changing it would be smart.

    1. haukness

He was just a straw man so the MC could look awesome. Honestly anyone of that level (a leader of a major group) wouldn’t be so stupid as to casually insult someone just based on an assumption. Yes he may have been a deputy, but even then, he has the power in this situation and you don’t. I found it honestly kind of stupid…
But then again Toika says stupid shit like “Koreans are known for being nice” yet makes his MC selfish as shit.
But then again, again, this is entertainment, not fine art.

  4. Blah

‘there’ is heaven? or something like actually becoming god rank? because that is mentioned a lot during these couple of chapters. Like he should already become god or something along the lines of getting his third job so he is officially a god something?

  5. extasse

This mass release really saved me 😀
Just had a thought about the first Great Cataclysm. Since everyone was away for 10 years, wouldn’t they pretty much forget what they were doing before they were transferred to another world? They wouldn’t be able to react in time since they’ll likely stop whatever they’re doing. I think there would probably be a ton of car crashes worldwide. People cooking would burn themselves. What happens to doctors and their patients, especially those in the middle of a surgery? People who were in dangerous positions would probably get themselves injured or killed. Think about people at the edge of a building like construction workers:
Huh? Where was I again? *takes a step* Ahhhh… Another thing to consider is if people remember how to do what they do for a living. Students would most definitely forget everything they’ve learnt (at least I would). Some pilots might even forget how to fly their plane by the time they get back and they’d be stuck on the plane. Lol. What about passwords, contacts or where they left their belongings?
Next, what happens to those who dies in another world? Does their body simply not appear on Earth or do they get a lifeless body transported back. Maybe they are transported with their most recent memories?
Also, what about kids, more specifically babies. Just imagine an infant with the mental age of a 10 year old, speaking to their parents normally, wanting to do things that a normal 10 year would want. That’ll really creep me out. Honestly, the age gap really scares me, especially regarding the kids. What the heck happens to pregnant women? And while giving birth? Since they seem to be divided by area, what happens if families/couples are separated? Won’t kids not recognize their parents? There would be so many break ups if couples are separated and just imagine how awkward it would be if your partner comes back after having spent 10 years with another guy/girl as boyfriend and girlfriend.
Even if you’re right next to each other doesn’t mean you’ll go to the same world either since there has to be a borderline somewhere. Especially during the day when families are separated at work.
What happens to pet animals though… Dogs, cats, fish, birds, whatever animal there is, will they all turn into monsters? Will they try to eat their owners? How will people keep livestock? If I remember correctly, the experts are trying to find new suitable animals for livestock. But in the end aren’t they monsters? They might evolve, break out of their cages (needs new material too) eat other farm animals for records, and turn freaking strong. All of them would have to be killed… Food shortages… Forests would be an immediate danger zone. Too bad for those environmentalists. Nothing was mentioned about oceans either. What happens to the fish? With all the fish there are, wouldn’t it be the most dangerous place? Whales and sharks would get so many records per day since there’s an abundance of records in there. It makes me feel sorry towards those poor guys who are in the middle of the ocean at the start of the Great Cataclysm. There should be hundreds of 4th classes by now. I don’t think they throw those traps of destruction into the sea? Imagine them gaining the ability to fly or walk on land or something. Whatever the case, the ocean is definitely to be avoided. The thing is literally filled with monsters. More food shortages.
Even with them getting advice from the otherworlders with experience, this makes me wonder how the world got through this so smoothly. About a quarter of the world must’ve been put through
these sorts of situations. Enough for now. My brain is overloading.

    1. Akiix

planes whould have been safe as there are systems in place to make sure that the plane stays in the air, pilots dont accsually do much at work. All they do is mostly overseeing the systems and the regular landing and take off. and if they forgot how to there are manuals on the plane for landing, and most aircrafts can perform a landing on auto pilot, on most larger airfields. as for all the other things i do not know.

    2. Nossy one

People are not stupid and they are notified about the reset so they would not dare to forget about important stuffs such as passwords?
Some sacrifices are unavoidable, like the mc who was left behind other would just have to experience death.(Treatable stuff would definitely be treated during the transfer)
In the early chapters the media talk about ‘live stocks'[pets are considered as such hack the suppression has worst fate than them], also there were dogs
      that did became monsters.
Author say is not 100% realism plz read the novel ‘properly’.

ps: have great expectation in the types of magic mc will learn.
hope he have something like gate of barvelon like fate stay night’s archer named girishima.
(i believe i spelled many things wrg.

      1. extasse

If you don’t use a password for 10 years, people tend to forget (there are exceptions where they just stick to your mind). Even more for the minor ones that you don’t use often. I was thinking if there were exceptions where some animals don’t turn into monsters (since some countries would literally have an outbreak in almost every house). I didn’t see that part (or I don’t remember) where the author says that lol.
Regarding magic, isn’t our MC already similar to Gilgamesh already? It would probably come as a function on the cross bag but I’m sure it’ll be limited in strength. In that sense, the function would give him quantity in exchange for quality of shots. Does the shooting skill affect power as well? I don’t remember since it’s so long ago. I suppose Gate of Babylon was already foreshadowed by him a while back though. I’m more interested in him using the dark spears that Reta used in their fight.
Also the skill he’ll get for 3rd class rank up… I’m drooling lol
P.s. sorry for being so long winded (It’s just this novel)

  6. Mufarasu

I think it would be cool if IlHan started building a worldwide transportation network (I was thinking something like massive magic trains?). Getting kinda tired of all this almost medieval, but not quite cause magic settings.

This would help keep the world connected, and keep technology relevant since I’d imagine he’d need to recruit people who specialize in stuff like electricity, robotics/golems (to guard the railway), maybe earth magic, etc becuase the project would be too big to handle alone. Though he still wouldn’t interact too much with his staff. Stuff like that.

    1. extasse

I agree that transportation is really lacking now that there could be a dungeon break anywhere. I wasn’t thinking trains since that would take a whole lot of material but was more along the lines of better planes. A private one for our MC too. I hope this isn’t solved with a magic portal (just because it ruins the fun). I was hoping he’d make folems to guard Vanguard though. And maybe a restaurant? 🙂

  7. zoom

Please stop inserting comments in your translations, it is infuriating and hateful, and particularly shameful if you even spoil.
All that karma that you rightfully earn for your hard work evaporates with just a single line. Is that really worth it?
For instance, was it really necessary to add the following in ch. 79:
“he DID make something with that sword, and made other things as well”, instead of just writing “time skip”? — Although, I wouldn’t even do that if the author did not.

A good translator delivers the intent and immersive experience the author provides without interruption (even between chapters – so it’s actually best to keep notes below the link for the next chapter ).
If you want or need to add something in-between the text, stick to the linguistics or the relevant subject.

    1. Xiaxinia

fuck off! just because it bothers you doesn’t mean it bothers everyone else. don’t tell a translator what to do with THEIR translation! its not as if they are ruining the work. it doesn’t make them a bad translator either. your opinion on what a good translator is isn’t fact. if they were altering what actually happens, i would agree wholeheartedly, but that’s not whats happening. you read it for free, then have the nerve to tell them what to do and how to translate “properly”. people like you are fucking annoying!

  8. Zizstoll

    Fine as it is now.
Love all the chapters, have been with this series since the beginning. All hail translators that take time to translate from languages that us other people can’t read =D !

  9. Ero

Thx for the chapter keep up the mass releases👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Also I kinda wished that the clan masters would act up and too see them all get there ass wooped by the owner the MC.

  10. Light

    problem,however, -> problem, however,
while also whined -> and also whined /or/ while also whining
reflection on -> reflection in (in is what people use, although now that I think of it ‘on’ should be more accurate in reality)
“Without being any affiliations?” -> “Without any affiliations?”
    lend your -> lend you
“Oh my, my accessories -> “My, my, accessories /or/ “Oh my, accessories
    indivuduals -> individuals

Thanks for the chapter! I personally like attack power more than ATK, but both get the meaning across so there isn’t too much of a difference.

  11. HapUgMata

if you look at one side, ilhan is doing good by increasing the item standards but on other hand isn’t he also causing an inflation???i really feel sorry for those other blacksmiths and mana crafters…

    thanks for the chapters…

    1. Nossy one

I am sure the low tier and mid tier hunters do appreciate the existence of other blacksmiths and mana crafters.
The is no concern for inflation during war or when human race is threaten to be extinct.

    2. extasse

I feel like this is deflation though. The prices would be going down. And yes, any master blacksmith on Earth is going to be so upset. What would usually go for tens of millions of dollars would have to be sold for only a few million if they want to complete. Their skill would be practically useless. They’d be better off selling cheap affordable low quality goods. The value of monster materials would also drop… I suppose people could make money by selling his cheap stuff in other worlds? Even if it’s only 2, they could make some serious profit.
      Oops. I went too long

  12. Xiaxinia

why is every powerful person rich, from a good family, beautiful, etc. are there no people from normal families that are powerful or something? “just 5 million?” thats an amount that only the mega wealthy can throw around like nothing! aside from the MC, i have yet to see a non rich person who is very powerful, closest would be the suppression guys and they are obviously not rich.

    1. extasse

I’m gonna write a lot here since this was something I thought a lot about too.
Well to begin with, being rich and from a good family usually goes together in most cases. There is also a higher percentage of ‘beautiful’ people that come from rich/good families. This is mostly because people from good families often get better partners (sad but true) and the good genes are passed down, resulting in the child getting both.
As for being powerful, I can only guess but people from rich families receive better education and have better upbringings than those without. Therefore, they tend to have higher IQ (good genes from successful parents also comes into play) and thus can use magic better. They would probably be more competitive than others due to being raised to be the best (elitists). You probably see them too… Those perfect students who are good at sports, music, every other subject, have good looks and come from a well off family. The kind that almost give you an inferiority complex.

Also about the clan masters, the money doesn’t necessarily have to come from their own wallets and can be gained through sponsors and stuff. They aren’t mentioned to have good looks either. Those of the Lightning God Clan are exceptions. As seen from other novels, the business that regards risking your lives and saving the world tend to have extremely high pay. Being as powerful as they are, they wouldn’t need much time to gain that much money just by selling monster drops (though I suppose our MC just ruined the economy). They also get better weapons. It doesn’t mean that there are no other strong guys but they might just not have the chance to be clan masters due to lack of money, and are thus not mentioned.

      1. Xiaxinia

yeah, that makes sense. kinda thought the author was just manifesting the “pay2win” mentality of korea (where the rich rule the gaming world) and showing how it would apply here.

      2. Jonathan Hurd

I would personally add one thing in on the Beautiful people making clans. Those who went out and made clans are those with high levels. What happens when you level up? It starts optimizing your looks. In general I would argue it is less that everyone started out as beautiful, but through leveling started to get there.

For why people with money or powerful families make clans. Well that is more a simple matter of resources to spend. If your family can afford some top range experts and military grade weapons then you can kind of cheese your way through 1st class monsters. After you have gained some levels and gotten up to about 2nd class you have more resources to try and trade to other worlds and complete quests.

The big thing to keep in mind is the people written about are basically the cream of the crop. The story already stated people like the Empress who truly embraced mana are more exceptions than rules. Those like her had a stupidly high advantage in the early stages giving them a great head start. Sure there are plenty of rich families that made clans, but there are also probably plenty that couldn’t adapt.

  13. James

French Dude from the Pheonix Clan, mind your manners when your dealing with a supplier that’s selling life-saving equipment.

A very interesting chapter. Loved it, thank you for the chapter.

      1. Alawvahr

Well i guess fighting a 4th class had some impact maybe.
And on the other hand, he just revealed his identity, so he has to show that people should NOT fuck with him, but i guess it will happen, since the angels foreshadowed it. But well poor ppl that are going to do it, since he just bribed the whole korean goverment to help him in need (and well don’t forget about the wrath of god (susanoo) and even more the wrath of 2 angels when that happens)XD

        1. extasse

Will he show that he’s Susanoo when he reveals his strength though? They’ll probably guess if he just takes his spear out. I want that happen 🙂

          1. Jonathan Hurd

This is Yu Ilhan we are talking about. I think telling someone who doesn’t know his place and can’t even act with simple courtesy to fuck off is completely like him. We have seen that a few times from the Loner King like with the Giant Cougar’s disassembly. Yu Ilhan does not take to people trying to use him or take what is his.

The guy from France is bound to have a coup at home as sson as hi finds out what he screw up. So how should Ilhan treat the security reasons for his family it will be funny if his parents happen to be OP as well in their class

Not the dad I think. If I remember correctly he sucked at using mana and was barely skimming by. His mom on the other hand was mentioned to have been better (don’t know how good but for all you know she’s another Il Han in terms of skills). That is of course unless the dad is the physical abilities type or another OP blacksmith… The latter actually seems likely. That’ll be fun.

A new currency or method of payment is going to have to be implemented sooner rather than later cause at this rate he will bankrupt the planet at large…

  16. Yoshiro

When he’s talking to the clan masters, I imagine him sitting with his right leg over his left leg, resting his back on the chair and his left hand on his left cheek and right hand on the armrest.

    Everyone Else is a Returnee – Chapter 78: I, too, now – 4
    Everyone Else is a Returnee – Chapter 79: I, too, now – 4
    Everyone Else is a Returnee – Chapter 80: I, too, now – 5
    Everyone Else is a Returnee – Chapter 81: I, too, now – 6

How could part 4 be repeated twice? Is it from the raws?

Yu IlHan just muttered that, and the other people did not say anything more. There was no one in this place who was adventurous to the point that they wanted to know how many languages Yu IlHan could speak whilst putting the fates of their clans on the line.

Heh, that’s a good call. He knows all languages on earth, and he can instantly understand, speak and write any new language he hears(or sees I think) 😛

I’m a bit disappointed that there wasn’t any amusing text on the weapon description, like describing how the best smith across all worlds made it and more…

      Oh, it gets better.

Wait until there are other humans that come from different worlds trying to rig a game. It’s like people trying to sabotage your favorite game (Sports or Online) while on your team. Only to be found in a near instant.
