Jo Minjoon: The main character of this novel. He gets a game like ability and travels to the past to follow his dreams to become a chef. Was an english teacher in a high school in his previous life, quitted and started to work in a restaurant chopping and slicing onions.
Jo Ara: Jo Minjoon’s little sister.
Jo Su Yeob: Jo Minjoon’s father. Is opposed of Jo Minjoon quitting as a teacher and becomes the main obstacle for him on becoming a chef in his previous life.
Lee Hye Seon: Jo Minjoon’s mother. Also opposed as Jo Su Yeob.
Kaya Lotus: Grand Chef season 3 winner in Jo Minjoon’s past life. Also Jo Minjoon’s idol. What will she become to Jo Minjoon in this life? hehe
Lucas Dean: Previous owner of a jelly factory.
Jane Dean: Lucas’s wife.
Jessie Dean: Lucas’s and Jane’s only daughter. Younger than Jo Minjoon.
Alan Craig: One of the judges of Grand Chef. One of the youngest to receive a Michelin star and one of the best epicureans in the world. Graham elliot from Master Chef?
Emily Potter: Second judge of Grand Chef. She’s the heiress of the potter beer. Christina Tosi or Joe Bastianich?
Joseph Vincent: Third and last judge of Grand Chef. Owner of various restaurants around the world and many Michelin Stars. The best chef out of the three. Obviously Gordon Ramsay.
Marco: Bulky fat black man. He’s one of the two candidates to have baking level 7. He’s rather timid compared to his body.
Anderson Rousseau: White man raised from an elite cooking family. The other person with baking level 7. He has a cold and arrogant personality.
Chloe Jong: Chinese-american that got disqualified early on in Jo Minjoon’s previous life. She has a bright personality and is good to everyone.
